We will view the property, report on its value, implement the most appropriate negotiation strategy and manage the purchase to completion of contracts by dealing with all third parties. Clients using this service do not benefit from our full search service but do value the fact that through our involvement they will secure the property on the most favourable terms and have their acquisition progressed by an experienced firm.
